Leather Leggings

I have seen this trend going on for a while now and wrote it off as only being for "girls with no cellulite whatsoever" and since that is clearly not me, I walked right past that rack of leather leggings...until I heard that small voice in my head that said "Well you never know unless you try it."  That's the phrase I tell all my friends when I help them to get out of their comfort zone with clothes so I figured I had better walk the talk.  I went back to that rack and pulled a pair off of it all the while shaking my head (but secretly harboring a small flicker of hope deep down).  Let me just say, I was very surprised!

Ladies, you have got to at least try a pair on!  They don't look like it, but they are thicker than regular leggings and so they actually feel more like pants than regular leggings and hide more than regular leggings!  I know you don't believe me so please, try on a pair - really, what will it hurt?

These leggings are my new favorites and I feel like I can wear them all the time and dress them down with a sweater and boots or dress them up with a top like the one I'm wearing. The best part?  They were only like $20 from Forever 21.
